Before signing up, it helps to understand that using WhatsApp Business API in Malaysia involves two separate costs. This is true for every WhatsApp API provider — not just oChats.
Cost 1 – oChats platform subscription (shown in the plans above)
This is what you pay oChats to access the dashboard, manage your team inbox, run chatbots, send broadcasts, and connect all your messaging channels. This is the only cost that appears in our pricing table.
Cost 2 – WhatsApp conversation fees (charged separately by Meta/your BSP)
Meta charges a per-conversation fee based on who initiates the chat and which country the customer is in. These fees are billed directly by Meta or your chosen WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) — not by oChats. The full breakdown is in the Additional Fees section below.
