Cost 2 – WhatsApp conversation fees (charged separately by Meta/your BSP)

Meta charges a per-conversation fee based on who initiates the chat and which country the customer is in. These fees are billed directly by Meta or your chosen WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) — not by oChats. The full breakdown is in the Additional Fees section below.
